Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email [email protected] with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Approval and Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded in cash only, within 5 to 7 business days after return confirmation. No digital or card-based refunds are offered.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a secure, trackable delivery method for your own protection.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration
Items returned beyond the 7-day window
Items without original tags or packaging
Items clearly labeled as final sale or non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
